Returns & Refund Policy

Our main objective at Style Heaven is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
We cannot accept returns without being contacted first so we can give you the correct delivery address for your country and assign your order with a returns number or RMA number.
If for some reason you feel that we have not delivered the service you expected then please contact us on email@example.com. If your email has not been responded to, please check your junk mail folder for us.
- We do not provide refunds, unless your item is faulty.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all tags.
- It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, unless sent by Special Delivery and provide tracking details.
- Postage costs are non-refundable. Only the item's cost will be refunded
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed on the next payment run and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Depending on your payment method it may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
