Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you so much for choosing to shop with my small business. Your support genuinely means the world to me. I always want you to feel happy and confident in every Style Heaven piece, and if something isn’t quite right, I’ll guide you through the return with ease.

To arrange a return, please email suzie@style-heaven.co.uk.
Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your item.

If at any point you feel we haven’t delivered the level of service you hoped for, please reach out to me. If you’re waiting for a reply, have a quick peek in your junk folder just in case my email has wandered in there.

A few gentle guidelines

– Items need to be unused, unworn, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
– Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. I always recommend using a tracked service (Special Delivery is ideal) to make sure your parcel finds its way back safely.
– Postage costs are non-refundable, but of course the full cost of your item will be refunded once approved.

When your return arrives

I’ll email you to let you know it’s arrived safely and whether your refund has been approved. Once approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
